Deep States of Calm, Flow & Creativity
ACTIVATE YOUR IMAGINATION, DO BEAUTIFUL WORK

Meditation
Humans in the workplace are exchanging skills and time for resources. When they trade these things with you and your organization, they're doing it in good faith. It's a highly important bargain, one that invites you to commit to making the mental-emotional wellness of your people an absolute top priority.
Meditation provides the foundation for this deep level of wellness. It's a surprisingly robust lever for helping people connect directly with their innate goodness, power, and creativity. Once they touch in with that, they can bring their best work forward.

Meet Becky
Hey there, I’m Becky.
I’ve been a committed meditator for roughly seven years, but I’ve been a seeker my whole life, always looking for tools to help me deepen my awareness and assist others in doing the same. With training in a variety of spiritual and meditation traditions, I’m sort of a crazy quilt, my various lineages and practices always knitting together in unexpected and colorful ways.
We donate so much of ourselves and our lives to work! For this reason, I believe workplace culture ought to be supportive and life-giving. People deserve to feel that they can bring their realest and best-thinking selves to the table. Ideally the culture at work should feel generative, warmly encouraging us to do our most robust and imaginative thinking.
To that end, I’ve created a powerful meditation tool. I’ll be your facilitator and instructor, teaching you and your teams a set of surprisingly effortless techniques that result in powerful mental, emotional, and creative shifts.
Just imagine what might happen if everyone started tapping into their big, beautiful ideas, in an environment that nourished health and wellbeing for mind and heart!

"I knew I had found the power of imagination within me . . ."
I’ve tried several different meditation methods, but I could never quite silence my mind. As a person who currently coaches others on their mindset and the importance of visualization, I needed a meditation method that worked for me and that I could recommend to others with confidence that it would help. I got introduced to Lotimus, and my search was over. I knew I had found the power of imagination within me through the journeys created by Becky. I’m forever grateful for the way Lotimus has changed my mindset and my mornings, helping me truly tap into the power of imagination and meditation.

"Lotimus leads you straight through your challenges . . ."
In high school and college, I was a competitive runner, and I learned a lot about the power of visualization and used it to help me with running. Victory in the metaphysical precedes victory in the physical, but visualizing is pretty difficult. What’s so cool about Lotimus is that it’s very meditative, but it also strongly emphasizes visualization. We all go through difficulties in life, especially if you have a desire to do something beyond the norm, and I know we’re naturally going to be held back by some of our limiting beliefs. Lotimus leads you straight through your challenges, which gives you emotional experience with the pressure of that challenge, and then helps you emerge victorious. It has really helped me understand how to break through the limiting beliefs that I have.

"They’re more of a thought-provoking kind of mind journey . . ."
Meditation is always something I’ve always really liked the idea of, but having ADHD has made it hard to successfully do it. One thing that did always help me quiet my mind was reading, and the Lotimus meditations are pretty close to that, but they’re more of a thought-provoking kind of mind journey, and it’s not reading knowing what’s going to happen or being able to look ahead; it’s even though you’re being told what to think about and almost what to do, it’s still a journey that you get to explore and imagine for yourself, and explore creativity in a peaceful and safe environment.
